IGAMING EXPERTS. GLOBAL STRUCTURES. REAL GROWTH.
Most iGaming Businesses Don’t Fail Because of Product.
They Fail Because of Structure.
We design licensing, payments, and corporate structures that unlock growth across multiple jurisdictions.
Global Licensing Operating System.
You’re Not Stuck. Your Structure Is.
Most operators:
- Launch offshore
- Start generating revenue
- Hit a wall
Not because of product—
but because:
- PSPs won’t onboard
- Partners won’t integrate
- Regulators block expansion
👉 This is not a growth problem.
👉 It’s a structure problem.
Get Your iGaming Structure Right Before You Scale
Tell us:
What you’re building
Where you want to operate
What’s blocking you
We come back with a clear execution plan —
not a generic proposal.
One Jurisdiction Won’t Fix This.
You Need a Structure That Support Growth
Typical scalable setup:
Offshore → fast entry
EU → credibility & PSP access
Holding → ownership & protection
We design how these layers work together.
ABOUT IGAMING EXPRESS
We Don’t Just
Explain the Rules.
We Design the Path.
“You bring the vision. We bring the roadmap, the structure, and the compliance to make it work”
Since 2014, our team has supported B2C operators entering regulated and emerging markets, B2B suppliers and aggregators building multi-jurisdiction setups, and affiliates and media brands aligning with gambling rules worldwide.
Our mission is simple: help serious iGaming businesses grow without losing sleep over regulation.
We sit in the space between law firms and operators — speaking both “regulator” and “founder,” translating one world into the language of the other. We’ve contributed to regulatory consultations and industry working groups, giving us a front-row view of where the market is going next.

Platform Provider
Offshore to EU migration for a B2B platform
A leading platform provider needed EU-level credibility to onboard regulated operators. Operating under a Curaçao sub-license was blocking key partner-ships. We designed a dual-entity structure with a Romania Class II license at its core.
Outcome: First regulated B2B partnerships live within 5 months. PSP acceptance rate doubled.
Platform Provider
Multi-jurisdiction market entry for a live dealer studio
A live casino supplier expanding beyond their home market needed simultaneous licensing across three jurisdictions without duplicating corporate costs. We built a holding structure via Nevis with operational arms in Anjouan and Malta.
Outcome: Operational in 3 jurisdictions within 8 months. Single holding structure. Tax-efficient from day one.
Platform Provider
Banking and PSP access for a gambling-focused fintech
A payments provider serving iGaming clients was struggling with bank account rejections across EU institutions. We restructured their corporate setup and brokered introductions to EMIs and PSPs with an established gaming track record.
Outcome: 3 active banking relationships established. Onboarding time for gaming merchants cut by 60%.
Game Studio
B2B licence acquisition for a slots developer
A slots studio needed a credible B2B license to distribute through aggregators requiring regulatory certification. Their existing setup — no formal license, UK-incorporated — was blocking distribution deals with tier-1 aggregators.
Outcome: Anjouan B2B licence secured in 6 weeks. Aggregator distribution deals signed within 3 months.
Sports Betting Operator
Regulated market entry — Poland
A sports betting operator with Curaçao licensing wanted to access the Polish regulated market. We managed the full application process with MF, coordinated with local legal counsel, and structured the Polish entity to meet capitalization requirements.
Outcome: Polish licence granted. First regulated revenue within 7 months of engagement start.
Affiliate & Media Brand
Compliance restructure ahead of MGA advertising rules
An affiliate network with cross-border operations needed to restructure before tightened MGA advertising regulations came into force. We identified the entities at risk and built a compliant holding and operational structure ahead of the deadline.
Outcome: Zero regulatory penalties at transition. Compliant structure live 6 weeks before deadline.
